IN THIS RECIPE

  1. 12-24 hours ahead, prep your frozen ingredients. Pour coconut milk into an ice cube tray and place it in the freezer. Also place 1/2 of a banana into the freezer.

  2. When ready to make the smoothie, add Bored Cow and all other ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. For more crunch, you can blend all ingredients except for cacao nibs, then add in cacao nibs and blend for a few seconds, until small chips have formed.

  4. Optional: Spread melted chocolate around the inside of a glass.

  5. Pour smoothie into the glass and optionally top with vegan whipped cream and more cacao nibs. Enjoy!
