Thanks to Bored Cow Pumpkin Spice, you can get all of the flavors of pumpkin pie, but without the hassle of… baking a pie. These pudding cups are packed with all of the fall spices, and the best part is – they’re totally vegan. This is the perfect treat to whip up for a Fall party when rolling out pie crust isn’t in the cards.

IN THIS RECIPE

Combine all dry ingredients, then added wet ingredients and stir.

Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat until boiling.

Once boiling, remove from heat, and add to heat-proof serving cups
Add in the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. -
Let pudding set for 2 + hours in refrigerator.

Once set and ready to serve, add vegan coconut whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick!
