Chia pudding is a go-to protein and fiber packed breakfast, especially when it’s made with Bored Cow. But when you add Bored Cow Pumpkin Spice and a dash of pumpkin puree.. all the sudden it tastes like your favorite part of Thanksgiving. This Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding has all of the flavors of the classic pumpkin pie, but all of the nutrition of a well-balanced breakfast.

IN THIS RECIPE

  1. Mix together Bored Cow, Pumpkin Puree, and maple syrup until smooth

  2. Add in chia seeds and mix thoroughly. Put mixture in fridge until set, minimum 30 minutes, or overnight.

  3. Top with whipped cream, and enjoy!
