If you love a lava cake, but also want to boost your protein, this is your new secret weapon. These baked oats are chocolatey thanks to cocoa powder and chocolate and boosted with protein thanks to Bored Cow Chocolate milk!

IN THIS RECIPE

  1. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil then spread into small disc or pour into silicone holder and freeze until set.

  2. Preheat oven or air fryer to 350ºF.

  3. Combine oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder then add vanilla extract and Bored Cow Chocolate.

  4. Pour ¾ of the batter into a ramekin, then add disc of set chocolate on top and cover with remaining batter.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes and enjoy!
