Tomorrow Farms uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of personal and location information during transmissions to our servers.

We restrict access to data to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the app. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline if they fail to meet those obligations.

Third-Party Payment Processing

Online payments made through our Site are handled by our third-party payment services provider. We do not process, record, or maintain Your credit card or bank account information. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing Your payments, and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. Children

We do not intentionally gather personal information from visitors who are under the age of 13. Tomorrow Farms as controller or processor. If You reside in North America (the United States, Canada, and Mexico), Tomorrow Farms acts as Your service provider and processor of Your data. For all other users, Tomorrow Farms acts as a controller of Your personal data. 

CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them. GDPR
