Peppermint mochas encapsulate so many classic holiday flavors – add Bored Cow to the mix, and you have a creamy, vegan winter treat. You can make this beverage as fancy as you’d like, with optional toppings of whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and shaved dark chocolate.

Brew a double shot of espresso over dark chocolate (if you don’t have an espresso machine, make instant espresso and melt the dark chocolate into it!)

Mix the peppermint extract into the chocolate espresso mixture.

Mix 1 cup Bored Cow milk with 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder, and froth mixture.

Add frothed cocoa Bored Cow to your cop over the espresso mixture.

Optional: top with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and shaved dark chocolate.
