This recipe combines Bored Cow Chocolate and peanut butter to make a delicious vegan-friendly fudge! This recipe is animal-free, easy to make and will quickly become a fan favorite. Top this fudge with flaky sea salt for an extra burst of salty-sweet goodness.

IN THIS RECIPE

  1. Mix together sugar and Bored Cow, bring to a low boil on the stove for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.

  3. Spread mixture into your prepared dish (tip: a bread/loaf pan works great)!

  4. Set in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Melt chocolate chips, and add olive oil to create a ganache-like texture.

  6. Spread the chocolate overtop your chilled peanut butter, and add flaky sea salt on top if desired.

  7. Pop back in the fridge for at least an hour to set.

  8. Slice and enjoy!
