This twist on a traditional matcha latte by @recipeswithriss has tropical notes thanks to a fresh mango puree and a punch of protein thanks to Bored Cow original. Let the mango stand alone or add a dash of maple syrup to make it an even sweeter treat.

IN THIS RECIPE

  1. Blend the frozen mango and a splash of water to create a mango puree.

  2. Pour the mango puree over cup of ice.

  3. In a separate glass, froth the Bored Cow milk, then pour it over the mango puree and ice. If a sweeter drink is preferred, add maple syrup to the milk before frothing.

  4. In a separate cup, whisk or froth 1-2 tsp matcha with 1/4 cup of warm water.

  5. Pour matcha over the milk, mango, and ice – stir and enjoy!
