IN THIS RECIPE

  1. Place raw cashews in hot water for 15-30 minutes to soften.

  2. Drain cashews, add to blender with Bored Cow Vanilla and agave.

  3. Blend on high until smooth.

  4. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.

  1.  Add ½ the frozen ice cream cubes to blender.

  2. Add in 3 tbsp of Bored Cow Vanilla and cooled coffee of choice (not to exceed ¼ cup)

  3. Blend on high, adding more Bored Cow Vanilla to reach desired consistency.

  4. Top and enjoy!
