Emani from @blkandvegan blew our minds with this healthy take on a blast from the past. This recipe comes together with a few kitchen staples and a quick bake in the oven. One bite and you may just be transported back to childhood*

IN THIS RECIPE

  1. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and yogurt to a mixer.

  2. Once combined, add water and form into a ball.

  3. Kneed the ball on a floured surface until it’s smooth, then place between two sheets of floured parchment paper and roll until it’s about ½ an inch of thickness.

  4. Gently brush with aquafaba or coconut oil and top with your cinnamon sugar.

  5. Place the sugar side down on a nonstick cookie sheet and repeat step from above.

  6. Next, cut into iconic squares and bake for 30 minutes – flipping halfway through and allowing to cool to fully harden.

  7. Add to a bowl with a generous serving of Bored Cow Original and enjoy!
