Cook chocolate cake as directed on package.

Immediately after cake is fully baked, transfer the hot cake into a mixer.

Mix on medium speed.

Scoop out mixture into approximately 12 cake balls, using your hands as needed to form the balls.

Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave, about 30-60 seconds.
