IN THIS RECIPE

Combine oats, water, and Bored Cow.

Add to a pot, continuously stirring on medium heat for about 5 minutes, until thick.

While the oatmeal is cooking, add coconut oil, diced apple, honey and cinnamon to a pan.

Mix the apples on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the apples become crispy with a sweet coating.

Remove your oatmeal, and top with cooked apples and sprinkle sea salt on top.
